Hello,

I’m Elisha Ebdon

Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Psychotherapist

I have devoted my life’s work to supporting survivors of trauma, mental health challenges, and the many difficult complexities of life.

I never cease to be amazed by the transformations I witness as my clients regain confidence and control of their lives, and restore a sense of inner peace that’s often been missing or just out of reach for quite some time.

Some days I meet people during what is the most difficult time in their life, and I am able to offer them the calm, safe space they need.

And sometimes people come to me with a problem they have been dealing with for a really long time.

Symbolism of the hydrangea

The colour of the hydrangea is determined by the type of soil in which it grows. And the colour of this flower can change and evolve over time as its environmental conditions do.

This phenomenon is symbolic of the influence of our surroundings on our identity and the ways in which we as people show up in the world. The philosophy behind Thinking Together acknowledges this complex interplay between our internal and external experience and expression. Yes, just like the soil the hydrangea grows in, some external factors are outside our control, but we are all capable of change and growth in subtle, significant and beautiful ways.
